From first call to first sail-away.
We handle the setup. Your team keeps running the schedule the way it already does. Here’s what the path to launch looks like.

Get acquainted
Demo and discovery
We walk you through the guest app and dashboard with a sample charter, then talk about your sailings, your guests and how your team builds the schedule today.
We’ll cover
- How many sailings you run each season
- Where your schedule lives today
- What your guests need most on board
-

Make it yours

What we need from you.
Not much. Most of it you already have.
Your brand
Logo, header artwork and colors. We’ll make sure they look great on a phone.
Your sailings
Ship, dates and ports for each sailing you want in the app.
Your schedule
A TeamUp calendar, an Excel file, or someone who can enter events in the dashboard.
Your lineup
Artist names, photos and bios, which you likely have from your marketing already.
A domain
The web address guests will use. We can help you choose and set it up.
A point person
Someone on your team who owns the schedule and can send announcements at sea.
Frequently asked.
Do guests need to download it from the App Store or Google Play?
No. It’s a web app that installs from a link. Guests open your app’s address or scan a QR code, then add it to their home screen. It gets your icon and opens full-screen like any other app, on iPhone and Android.
Will it work on the ship’s Wi-Fi?
Yes. The app is built to be small and fast on ship networks, and the schedule, artist pages and personal schedule keep working offline once loaded. Guests only need a connection for live features like chat and notifications.
Will our guests see your name anywhere?
No. Every charter gets its own fully branded app, with your name, logo, colors and domain. Charter Cruise App stays behind the scenes.
We run several sailings a year. Do we need several apps?
No. All of your sailings live in one app. Guests choose their sailing the first time they open it, and it goes straight there every time after.
Where does the schedule come from?
From wherever your team keeps it. The app can sync live from a TeamUp calendar, take an Excel upload, or you can manage events directly in the dashboard. If you use something else, let’s talk about it.
What happens when the schedule changes mid-cruise?
Your team updates it the usual way and the app follows within minutes. For bigger changes, send a push notification so every guest hears about it.
Can we keep some events private?
Yes. Events marked as private, like soundchecks or crew calls, never appear in the guest app.
How much does it cost?
Every charter is different, so pricing depends on your sailings and needs. Request a demo and we’ll put together a proposal for you.
Ready to see it for your charter?
Tell us a little about your sailing and we’ll set up a walkthrough.
